Notes and Disclaimers:
RevisionsAs transactions are usually be email. A revision is considered a one time change of all the changes you can think of that you would like to have made to the sketch. A minor revision is a small change on a portion of the picture, for example the direction the eye is looking, color of eyes, gloves, hand position etc. Please note for flat-rate commissions, I do not have the time to make changes back and forth until you make up your mind. However I'm available to make many changes for rate-based commissions. (Yes, I have a timer to keep track of time for rate based commissions, but usually estimate the time unless otherwise mentioned for flat-rate commissions)
I have the right to reject a potential commission if I feel uncomfortable with the subject, or for any reason. Please note that I have a full time job and my schedule can be very intense sometimes. While I
always finish the commission one way or another, there may be delays from time to time. If you have a strict deadline for the commissioned piece please tell me
before ordering the commission so I can let you know whether or not I can have it done by then, or if I can accept the commission at a given time based on that deadline.
If you have a commission with a loose deadline, I will let you know at least a few days ahead of time if I will be able to complete the commission by the deadline. If you do not have a deadline for the commission, I will not be sending any notifications regarding status if I'm not currently working on your commission. However, I will be sending you updates of progress if I am working on your piece at the time.
Commission status can be found on my profile page. You can keep an eye on the status of your commission there. If you have any questions or possible changes that you would like to make please follow up with me via email. Comments and notes in connection with discussions of a specific commission on deviantArt will be ignored. I organize commission history by keeping records of all email transactions, so to prevent confusion and keep things in order, please follow this rule.
For original drawings: I will always purchase prove of mailing from the post office, but I can not be held responsible if the mail gets lost during the mailing process.
I may make changes to the "Notes and Disclaimers" section at any time without notifications to anyone. By commissioning me you hereby give consent that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above listed in this section of the page.
Thank you for looking!

If you have any questions and concerns regarding commission procedures please feel free to let me know!
